Hawaiian Volcano

We had a wonderful trip to Hawaii and are now enjoying being home and recovering from vacation. The kids did well while we were gone, and they are both feeling much better. I've posted most of the pictures of our trip on facebook, so feel free to check it out! Because of space I will post just a few select pictures on our blog. The above video was taken of a volcano near Hilo, Hawaii. It was incredible! There were several people who told us that the volcano isn't normal this active, so we feel fortunate that we got to see it. Sorry for the poor quality, but hopefully you get some idea of how phenomenal it was!

Oh my goodness, what an amazing experience! Jacob has been fascinated with volcanos lately, so that was really fun to watch. I'm so glad you guys got a chance to go to Hawaii--what a dream vacation! I hope everything's okay with Megan now . . . no fun to be sick, especially with H1N1!!!!
